 Yes. We recommend giving your cassette a proper clean first.
Use 2 × 8-gram tablets in 2 cups of hot water, pour into the empty cassette, then top it up halfway with cold water. Seal it and leave it for one day.
The next day, turn the cassette upside down and leave it for another day.

After that, empty it out, give it a good rinse, and it’s ready to use.

 No. Using other products alongside Odour-B-Gone can interfere with the oxygen process it relies on.
Additionally, Odour-B-Gone is designed to be safely discharged into compost, bio, and septic systems, and mixing it with other chemicals may compromise that safety. 

 Yes! You can safely empty your cassette into a dump point when using Odour-B-Gone because the product adds oxygen into the system, supporting safe breakdown and disposal. 

We recommend using olive oil three times a year. You can also use silicone spray or marine grease if you prefer.

Important: Do not use Vaseline.

 We recommend placing one 8-gram tablet into the bottom of the empty cassette with plenty of water, applying olive oil to the seal, and then storing it until you’re ready to travel again. 

 Simply open the bottom flap, flush a small amount of water through, and then spray around the bowl and seat.
